Fitobezoar; ince barsak obstrüksiyonunun nadir bir sebebidir. 69 yasinda olan erkek hasta 3 günden beri

devam eden karin agrisi , gaz-gaita çikaramama, bulanti ve kusma tanilariyla basvurmus ve yapilan tahlil ve

izlem neticesinde ileus tanisi ile operasyona alinarak, terminal ileumda tikanikliga sebep olan fitobezoar

enterotomi ile çikarilmistir.
