Abstract


 

We present a case of infective endocarditis due to Aspergillus Flavus in a 61 years old man with calcific valvular stenosis.

This is the first case of Aspergillus endocarditis in absence of overt clinical manifestations and lack of predisposing

factors. Patient recovered after cardiac surgery and amphotericin therapy.
