Kyrle’s disease is a rare dermatosis with an obscure ethiology. Differantional diagnosis of the other skin diseases

characterized by clinical and histological perforation shoud be established.. In this report of a 23 years old male

patient who has chronic renal failure and accompanying papillary skin lesions.
