Hypopigmented Mycosis Fungoides

Abstract


 

Hypopigmented mycosis fungoides is a rare variant of mycosis fungoides. This variant is characterized by early onset, occurence in dark-skinned individuals and good response to therapy. Herein we report a 41-year-old patient with hypopigmented mycosis fungoides. Histopathological examination confirmed the diagnosis. The patient was treated with PUVA three times a week, and his lesions disappeared within four months.
