Causes of Medical Errors and Solutions

Abstract


 

Health services provided to patients, medical intervention can not be completed as intended is defined as medical errors. Medical errors are the wrong done to avoid making the correct action (negligence) and the correct action can occur because of wrong doing.

Tiredness, poor education, communication problems, the timelessness, the wrong decisions, such as argumentative personality problems of human origin can cause medical errors. Workplace structure, follow the policies, administrative structure, personnel of the wrong distribution, the lack of solutions to problems such as issues related problems are institutional reasons. Insufficient automation, technical factors such as inadequate equipment and lack of equipment also can cause medical errors. The main cause of medical errors in the system depends on the person but also is thought to be due to deficiencies and shortcomings.
