Objective: To assess the effects of apple cider vinegar on lipid profile in prediabetics.
Methodology: This randomized controlled trial (RCT) was at Bahria University Health Sciences Campus from December 2022 to June 2023. The study included 25 subjects18-year-old and above. Study intervention included apple cider vinegar along with diet and lifestyle changes for a total duration of 12 weeks. Data were analyzed by SPSS version 23. p
