Giant congenital melanocytic nevi are pigmented lesions, with an incidence of 1 in 20,000 newborns. Neurofibromatosis 1 is an autosomal dominant disorder with an incidence of 1 in 3500 individuals. The coexistence of both these conditions is rare, with few cases reported in the medical literature. Here we report these two diseases in a 13-year-old girl in India.
