MICHAEL JACKSON’S DEATH: AN APPRAISAL

Abstract

The aim of this article is to bring awareness among all concerned with regard to use of drugs/poisons/unwholesome substances and consequences there of to any such situation from happening in their practice. Michael Jackson died on June 25th, 2006 and his doctor, Conrad Murray was recently found by the court guilty of involuntary manslaughter, by administering propofol infusion.
The issues involved are analyzed and presented to acquaint all concerned with the Indian Scenario under similar circumstances.
