Effective Methods in Classroom Teaching for the Learning Process

Abstract
Teachers perform a vital role for effective teaching learning process. It becomes the accountability of
teachers to make their classes interesting and effective, so that each studentfeelsself motivated to attend classes
with a positive mindset to fulfill his aim or purpose. This paper further states the common problems faced by
students and how they are overcome through a right framework of research in the field of academics for the
students of various professional courses. Some of the problems are seen such as students’ improper behaviors and
discipline, lack of interest in the classes, bunking – classes, mischievous acts, improper counseling etc. This paper
focuses on the problems, reasons, suggestions and effective method or tool to overcome such problems to a large
extent, so that proper harmony in teaching learning process stays connected with the benchmark of quality
education
