Recurrent Pregnancy Loss [Tekrarlayan Gebelik Kayıpları]

Abstract

Recurrent pregnancy loss is an entity, that affects 0.5-3% of women with a wide etiology and treatment spectrum. A cause cannot be found in aproximately 50% of patients. The known causes are; chromosomal abnormalities, endocrine disorders, uterine defects, hematologic and immunologic disorders. The treatment of underlying endocrine problems, use of in vitro fertilization and preimplantation genetic diagnose method for patients with chromosomally abnormality and aspirin and low molecular weight heparin teratment for patients with hematologic disorders have been tried for improving pregnancy outcomes, but all of these are controversial at treatment.
