Confidence interval is a measure that provides to evaluate the difference between the means or proportions of compared groups is statistically significant. Confidence interval, which provides information whether the result is due to chance, also gives information about sample size. If the confidence interval is narrow that means sample size is large enough, and if the confidence interval is large than it is interpreted, as a sample size is small.
