Effects of nerve mobilization exercises in homogenous individuals with Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome: a randomized controlled trial

Objective: To determine efficacy of neural flossing exercises integrated with conventional treatment for Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome (TTS).
Methodology: This Randomized controlled trial was conducted at different physical therapy clinics of Karachi from October 2020 to November 2021. It included 60 patients with TTS with age 18 to 55 years, Participants were assigned into two groups through computer generated sampling: Group 1, received neural flossing exercises along with conventional treatment and group 2 received conventional treatment only. We used Numerical Pain Rating Scale (NPRS), Range of Motion (ROM), and Two-Point Discrimination (2-PD) to assess outcome.
