Infratemporal fossa extension of primary parotid squamous cell carcinoma: a rare entity with diagnosis dilemma

Abstract

Primary squamous cell carcinoma of parotid gland is rare but it is an aggressive neoplasm that can have extension into the infratemporal fossa. We report a 60-year-old female presenting with toothache over left lower molar causing a diagnostic dilemma.
