The role of Digital technology in enhancing construction productivity has been impactful, through various means of cutting-edge equipment, software, and tools. This paper examined the impacts on the productivity of the workers, and strategies to improve the client’s satisfaction through their use. The study adopted a mixed-methods approach (both quantitative and qualitative methods) to gather, analyse, and interpret relevant data. The study population encompassed 653 persons from which a sample size of 248 respondents was derived using the Taro Yamane’s formula. Multiple regression analysis was carried out to determine the relationship between the dependent and independent variables and the null hypothesis was tested using the ANOVA tables and the results from the multiple regression initially carried out. Through the study it was discovered with figures the positive impact of the adoption of digital technologies one of which is the acceleration of project timelines through the implementation of advanced project management tools and scheduling software. While an important strategy to improve the clients, satisfaction is to organize a comprehensive training programs for the several project stakeholders. In Conclusion, the findings of this study illuminate a landscape where digital technologies are not merely tools but indispensable assets in propelling construction productivity. The study recommends comprehensive trainings programs for professionals and stakeholders, investment in infrastructure, regulatory framework and research and development initiatives.
