Aberrant right hepatic artery; A case report

Abstract

We present a rare case of aberrant hepatic artery in a 40-year-old male with a history of chronic cholecystitis. During laparoscopic surgery, the artery found to pass anterior to the body the gallbladder and bifurcating anterior to the gallbladder body.The surgery was un eventful. We present this anomaly of the rare condition of aberrant right hepatic artery which should be in mind during laparoscopic cholecystectomy, because inadverant injury could lead to massive bleeding and increase co morbidities.
