We report a case of a L.E.D bulb with two limbs in the trachea and bronchus of an 8 months old baby girl. She presented with a history of alleged foreign body ingestion. The patient remained remarkably well and the foreign body diagnosed only with a plain chest radiograph. The object was removed with a rigid bronchoscopy.
