Triple extensor digiti minimi tendon: An anatomic variation

This case report describes an unusual variation of the extensor digiti minimi tendon discovered during extensor tendon repair in the emergency room. Knowledge of this variation may be helpful for the tendon transfers and tendon surgery that need tendon graft.
