Management of Sublingual Abscess in A Goat

Abstract
A 3 yr old goat was presented with a history of anorexia. Oral examination revealed presence of a large swelling at free portion of ventrolateral aspect of the tongue. Diagnosis of abscess was made by fine needle aspiration. The abscess was removed enmasse and the remaining stump was cauterized along with systemic antimicrobial therapy.
