Intra-parotid foreign bodies are rare. This is a diagnostic and therapeutic emergency to avoid complications. Imaging plays a key role in the management of this entity. We report the medical observation of a 40-year-old patient who was the victim of a work-related accident causing facial trauma by projecting a fragment of a circular saw, who benefited from an extraction of the object via the front door with simple surgical suites.
