The Foreign Borrowing and the Arrangements on Turkey\' s External Debts.

Turkey facing dept-servicing difficulties have tried dept reseheduling in 1978-1984 period. Beside reseheduling external debts with the commercial banks, Turkey have obtained emergency loans from abroad. Since 1984, the Turkey's external depts burden continues to rise and the term structure of foreign deptis deterioted due to increase of short-term financial loans in total.
