The aim of the current study is the evaluation of valproic acid and Metformin antitumor effect on neuroblastoma (SH-SY5Y) and answer the question, is valproic acid (VPA) increase Metformin (MET) antitumor effect on the SH-SY5Y cancer cell line or not. The SH-SY5Y cell line was grown in culture medium.
