Abstract
Hospitals are complex health care organisations and play an important and integral part of the health care delivery system. Management of these complex organisations needed dedicated professionals who have expertise not only in the medical field but also in the managerial skills. There are many books on the various aspects of the hospital administration and management but there is a long felt need for a comprehensive book which gives information regarding all aspects of the hospital management especially the legal aspects. This lacuna is very well filled by the “Hospital Management and administration principles and practice including law” authored by veteran professor of forensic medicine Dr. BV Subrahmanyam and others.
