A case of dystocia was clinically handled and therapeutically treated in a pluriparous goat having one mummified fetus and normal live fetus with the history of full term pregnancy, signs of labor was observed. The goat was straining for last 9-10 hours and was expelling vaginal discharge intermittently. The dystocia was removed manually after lubrication of birth canal. One live male fetus was born normally after that other one mummified fetus was removed manually.
