This paper gives an account of a little report that was taken up to analyze in the case of utilizing ICT and digital tool ‘Actively Learn’ in classroom assignments that could impact and persuade learners to check out their ability in reading. Education needs to be indulged by the necessities of recent college grades towards conveying coordinated student-centred learning at scale through a mix of off-grounds and nearby discovering that is customized, experiential and adaptable. So as to advance and change the methodology of teaching-learning process, online learning has been shown to increase retention of information and takes less time to get skilled. This accepted change in perspective focuses on the language educators of technical institutions, to show students on investigating data by understanding the content and reacting towards it. This paper discusses on the experimental study taken by sixty students from first year B.E. Mechanical Engineering as group A and sixty one Computer Science Engineering students as Group B for the examination. The general examination looks at the effect on Meta-cognitive reading systems utilizing digital tool (Actively Learn) during Covid 19 and result energizes both language teacher and student to be effectively taken part on this effective utilization of the instrument Actively Learn in the rapid and effective improvement of reading skills.
