Abstract

Background: Crohn’s disease (CD) is a chronic multisystem disease that affects many organ systems including the skin. Patients can also present with unusual and rare manifestations related to treatment.
Case Presentation: We report an interesting case of nasal and vulvar cutaneous CD associated with the rare triangular nasal notch sign responding to oral prednisolone therapy in a 24-year-old middle eastern female.
Conclusion: Cutaneous CD presents in a challenging way and requires comprehensive investigation to rule out many other entities in order to select the best therapeutic option for the patient.

Key words: Metastatic Crohn’s, nasal Crohn’s, vulvar Crohn’s, prednisolone, case report.
