The aim of the current research is empirically to determine the mediating role of organizational innovation
between organizational culture, organizational learning, and business strategy on the firmís performance. This
study used a total of 253 questionnaires for analysis purposes by using the PLS-SEM technique. The simple
random sampling technique followed for data collection from general managers in textile industry Pakistan. The
deductive reasoning approach used to develop a theoretical model. The results of current research elucidate that
organizational culture, organizational learning, and business strategy has an influence over organizational
innovation. Organizational innovation boosts up firms performance. Moreover, organizational innovation
explains the relationship between organizational culture, organizational learning, business strategy, and
organizational performance. General Managers of the textile industry can use the findings of this study in their
decisions making to improve organizational performance. This study indicates top management of the textile
industry that organizational culture, organizational learning, business strategy, and organizational innovation
significantly measure organizational performance. Hence, current study highlights that the variables used here
are very important for the textile industry. In Pakistan, the researchers paid less attention to the textile sector. In
Pakistan, this sector covers 59% of total exports, 40% labor force, and 10 million people employed. The
researchers paid less attention in the area of organizational innovation to determine organizational performance.
Hence, this study fulfills this gap and provides recommendations to other researchers.
