The Role of Nursing Informatics in Healthcare Sector

Abstract
Innovation plays a significant part in the healthcare and nursing sector of today's complex health
systems. So it seems important to research the task of nurses and demonstrate the need for appropriate training
services in information technology to be aligned with the ever-increasing speed of technology. The criterion used
for evaluating research centred mainly on healthcare informatics and the value of experience in the successful
application of IT in all areas of the nursing career. The core elements of introduction of nursing informatics is
regarded in a crucial evaluation of evolving technology as healthcare promotion, internet, digital devices, and
network. Given the nature and evolution of information age, all types of nurses need to receive the necessary IT
training. Owing to the exponential advancement of technologies, to better take advantage of computer technology
in nursing result and standard of health care and encourage nurses; educational plan is advised to set up long-term
and short-term customized courses focused on four target groups: senior undergraduate, research, job, intern, and
doctoral degree. The result of this analysis is intended to aid in curriculum growth for educational providers.
