Abstract

The main purpose of present study was to study the emotional intelligence and job satisfaction of secondary teachers in relation to their gender, locale and type of school.This study is based on descriptive survey design. A totalsample of 240 teachers were selected randomly for this study. The result revealed thatthe emotional and job satisfaction of secondary teachers is not differ significantly in relation to their gender, locale and type of school.
