Visceral artery aneurysms are very rare lesions and when encountered the diagnosis and treatment may be diffi cult, and may cause very serious complications. in this study four patients with superior mesenteric artery (one case), coeliac truncus (one case), splenic artery (one case) and hepatic artery aneurysm (one case) who had been treated surgically at our hospital are presented and the literature is reviewed.
