Role of Immunity System in Buerger's Disease

Abstract

Buerger's disease, which appears in smoken young men, is a obstructive and segmenter peripheral vascular dis¬ease. It may be interfered clinically with immunovasculitis and peripheral arteriosclerosis obliterans, immunopatholog¬ic investigation of the disease may be helpful for diagnosis and modulating treatment. For this purpose, we investigat¬ed levels of the IgG, C3, C4 in the 40 patients who have peripheral vascular disease and in 20 healty men. We didn't found any relation between Buerger's disease and humoral immunity system.
