Abstract

In this study, the importance of the microalbuminurea in the diagnosis and the prognosis of the obliterative vascula disease has been examined. To the study. 10 patients who show intermittent claudication and 10 healty volunteer: have been measured at rest and after effort. Albumin/Creatinine Ratio (ACR1) at rest and albumin/creatinine Ratio (ACR2) after an effort have been found significant in the patient group. We believe that in order to show the degree o the lesion, we can use a positive sign which will.be more objective than the walking time which triggers the intermitten claudication. Again we believe that sign is the urinary microalbumin excreation.
