Initial Experience in Retrograde PCI to Coronary Chronic Total Occlusions: Single Iraqi Centre study

Aim: to evaluate the outcome of retrograde intervention on coronary chronic total occlusion (CTO) in a single Iraqi center.
Patients and methods: This study was carried out between February 2014 and November 2016, it involved 16 patients with coronary CTO who attended Ibn Al-Bitar center for cardiac surgery for whom retrograde PCI was attempted. History and Baseline characteristics were evaluated. Angiographic success was defined as restoration of TIMI flow grade 2-3 with stent deployment in the affected segments and residual stenosis
