This study evaluates the implication of managerial support systems on actualization of goals in Nigerian health care organizations. By adopting survey design and gathering data from a population of 7,936 health professionals drawn from10 health institutions that were purposively selected from the five Nigerian southeastern states, a sample size of 1,020 was drawn. The structured questionnaire was the instrument used to generate data from the sampled respondents. Results showed that effective managerial support system leads to proper actualization of goals in Nigerian health care Organizations. Informed by this finding, the study recommended that the work-life balance initiatives should be strictly adhered to by the top management of various health institutions in Nigeria so as to foster realization of corporate missions and purpose.
