In the past studies no or very less work has been reported in past for vacuum moulding solutions with different geometrical shapes of castings. An advancement to macro-model the micro-hardness for dissimilar geometrical- shapes using 3 .different metals has be projected and .were applied. Taguchi L9 orthogonal array (OA) was apllied for consducting the experiments. Results indicate that the significant factor is pouring temperature contributes 99.6% for micro- hardness.
