This study aimed to study the microbial contamination of frozen chicken carcasses in Alexandria province through microbiological evaluation of some indicator organisms (total bacterial count, total Enterobacteriaceae count, total coliform count, total mould count and total yeast count) And detection of some food poisoning organisms (E. coli and Salmonella).
