DYNAMIC LOAD BALANCING TECHNIQUE BASED ON SERVER CAPACITY AND LOAD FOR UPDATE TRANSACTIONS IN CLOUD DATA STORAGE

Abstract
Load balancing is an important part of cloud computing. The main objective of load balancing algorithms is the proper utilization of resources to improve the performance of the overall cloud computing systems. It also maximizes throughput. This paper proposes a job equalizer that distributes the write job load among cloud servers. The cloud servers are having replicated data. The cloud client sends the write request to the write job equalizer. Hence it needs to satisfy the user request with minimum update time. This paper proposes algorithms for distributing the write transaction load among servers based on their capacity and minimum active connections. As the client requests are distributed based on their capacity, servers can provide quick response. And also minimum active connection server is considered for service. So, it can provide faster update service to the clients with minimum update time and maximum throughput.
