The likelihood of women with mobility disabilities becoming sexually active and choosing to be pregnant contradicts long-standing social theories, now women with mobility disabilities become a pregnant and having a children. The aim of this study was to document on access to care and the quality of care received by women with disabilities that used services of maternity in 2019 in Babylon health centers, seek a better understanding of maternity-related issues for women with different disabilities and maternity care experiences obtained by women of different disability types and women without disability. A structured cross-sectional study design (survey measure) was implemented to collect data by researchers between Jan- June 2020, the age of women between 31-35 years aged about 61.3%, 71.2% of the with mental disability, and 57.7% had no breast feeding at the period of discharge from hospital. Women satisfy for caring in such manor and not in another. Correlation is significant at the 0.01 level of such access items domains.
