Introduction: The diagnosis (Dc) of erytrhocyte rate sedimentation(ERS) allows specific management of the patient and his predisposed relatives (PA).
Objective: To explore the frequency of ERS and assess the potential associations between the epidemiological-clinical and biological parameters of the JRC.
Methods: Multicentric study conducted between 2015 and 2018 in 4 clinics in Kinshasa.
Results: Out of 50 patients with CRC, 94% (n = 47) were of unstable microsatellite positive status (MSI +) against 6% (n = 3) MSI negative (-). The mean values (MV) of ages, hemoglobinemia (Hb) and survival time without death (TSSD) were similar (P> 0.05) between the 2 groups. The VMs of the weights (Ps) and the sedimentation rate (SV) were significantly (P

Key words: erytrhocyte rate sedimentation, immunohistochemistry, screening of relatives of patients with CRC.
