What do we be after? Holy p value (statistical significance) or clinical significance?

Abstract

Most of the readers decide on results and significance according to the p values which are given in the manuscript when they are reading. In fact, the p value which shows the statistical significance is important if it supports the clinical significance. In this article clinical and statistical significance are discussed on examples.
