Dynamics of thyroid function (after endemic gill domination, hashimoto lymphocytic autoimmune thyroiditis now results in the foreground)

The purpose of this study is to highlight the dominance of endemic gills by iodized salt and to argue that in our district (Gjirokastra) among the most problematic thyroid diseases is autoimmune thyroiditis which is more invalidating, and also to suggest that after ultrasound examination of thyroid also as screening, pseudonode or striae cases to be screened for TSH and ATPO, in special cases also for anti-Tg and IgG + IgM EBV and cases with Hashimoto's thyroid to be treated with medication and medication. at least enabled the discontinuation of further progression to hypothyroidism.
