A baby with antenatal detection of craniofacial and cardiac abnormalities at 5 months was diagnosed with bilateral choanal atresia, cleft palate, cloboma, foramen ovale defect and patent ductus arteriosus at birth. The child was not in respiratory distress at birth despite the bilateral choanal atresia due to palatal defect. The bilateral bony choanal ateresia was corrected using stents prior to the repair of the cleft palate.
