Adherence to medication in elderly people: A cross-sectional study

Objective: To assess the adherence to medication among elderly people with their socio-demographic factors.
Methodology: This cross-sectional study was conducted in the medical OPD of PNS Shifa Hospital, Karachi. The data were collected from patients aged 60 plus from March to August 2024 with chronic medical conditions. It was evaluated through the SEAMS Scale and Morisky’s Scale. The data were analyzed through descriptive and inferential statistics (chi-square test). p
