A general view to Turkish occupational regulations

Abstract


 

In this study, historical development of occupational health and terminology are discussed. Two laws and 22 regulations about the subject, which are still valid are discussed. It is seen that, most of the regulations which belong to the working life are related to the employees, and there are deficits in the areas like office life and aggricultural sector.
