Animals in Research: Reporting In Vivo Experiments: ARRIVE Guidelines-Review

Abstract


The researchers need to be aware of the design, methodology, analysis and interpretation of the studies to assess effectively the results of animal experiments. This can be achieved with the published research standards or guidelines. ARRIVE guidelines (Animals in Research: Reporting In Vivo Experiments) have been published to improve the quality and transparency of studies of animal experiments in the British Journal of Pharmacology in 2010. This study was carried out to review the studies related to ARRIVE guidelines.
