Abstract | | | | Pancreatic involvement of non-Hodgkin lymphoma is extremely rare in childhood and can be overlooked in differential diagnosis of pancreatic masses. In this report we describe a 10-year-old boy who presented with pancreatitis and obstructive jaundice, which was the result of pancreatic involvement of Burkitt lymphoma.
