A Study On Role Of Anthropometrics On Attacking And Its Relationship With Physical Performance Defending Skill Of Volleyball Players Telangana

Abstract

The fundamental things which are important to keep a decent build are physical strength and mental strength. Physical strength assists with deciding an individual's physical capacities, adaptabilities and possibilities.
